| Todd finally got around to replacing the axle the he broke while wheeling at Katemcy Rocks last year. He wanted to make a test run to ensure that everything worked as it should before he heads off to the Cajun Jamboree at the end of the month. | |
| A sure-fire test of your suspension is a trip up "Double-Take." WE call it Double-Take because it takes two different driving styles to get up it. The first half needs a little momentum and the top requires some finesse. | |
| Todd navigated his way to the top and the axle held! | |
| Next up was Greg, Todd's brother-in-law. | |
| Greg encountered a little difficulty until we instructed him on the fine art of navigating Double-Take. | |
| After a brief lesson from one of the Top Guns of the ranch, he shot right up to the top. | |
| Unfortunately for Greg, enthusiasm will only get you so far up this obstacle. He was forced to take the bypass on "Locker-Knocker." This trail requires the use of lockers to make it up easily. | |
| Todd made short work of Locker-Knocker. And also thoroughly stress-tested his front axle shafts. I think we've determined that he'll be able to hande anything the Cajun Jamboree can throw at him. | |
| Up... | |
| ...and over. | |
| Greg chillin like a villain. | |
| Here's Ol' Blue hanging out watching the action. | |
